All classes are for all levels of experience. Experienced students have found these classes provide challenges and advanced modifications, while beginners find them accessible.
Shanti Hatha Yoga for Adults & Teens (Prenatal-Friendly!)
This class is recommended if you've never done yoga before. The class is taught in a Hatha style with a slower pace so that beginners can learn the poses and experienced students can challenge themselves in alignment and hold of poses. The first Monday of each month focuses on the basics and foundations of yoga poses, so it's even better for new students and those that want to challenge themselves in each pose.
Specialty Yoga Classes & Workshops (Adults) (TBA)
A variety of classes in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, as well as Restorative, Yoga-Dance, Chakra-Balancing Yoga, Balance Poses, Detox Yoga and more! All Shanti yoga classes blend breath with body movements to improve strength and flexibility.
